To keep results comparable, Dioptra uses a standard set of output measures and cost-efficiency metrics agreed across the consortium's member organizations, drawing on established sectoral practice, for over 40 activities. For each activity, the required output measures are built into Dioptra so these metrics can be calculated consistently.
